Levi Johnsen

Director of Special Projects

Levi Johnsen is the Director of Special Projects at EXDO Group. He is passionate about fostering sustainable and vibrant communities, and brings his extensive experience in creative placemaking, real estate and community development, and organizational leadership. With a background in political consulting and nonprofit development, Levi’s campaign and marketing experience brings a unique perspective on how to build inclusive developments. 

Levi graduated with a Masters in Urban Placemaking Management from the Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY, and has spent his professional career developing and revitalizing places in the hearts of cities. He and his wife like to spend their time chasing around their one-year-old daughter on the beach.
